Learning at Work

Lancashire College can offer a range of work-based learning options for businesses and employees.

Our range of NVQs can all be assessed at your place of work to make your learning fit in easily with your job. Our NVQs are designed to be flexible. The assessor will visit the workplace at a convenient time for both the employee and the business and will tailor the qualification to suit the job role.

learndirect also offers flexible opening learning courses. Learners can access the course materials from any computer with an internet connection, making it easy to learn at home, at work or in the local learndirect centre.

Lancashire College also offers a range of other workforce development courses. Bespoke training courses can be designed to meet specific business needs and the learning can be delivered at Lancashire College or in the workplace.
