What is Train to Gain?

Train to Gain

  • aims to meet the needs of employers of all sizes and from all sectors to improve the skills of their employees and improve business performance
  • aims to encourage all businesses and individuals to value and realise the benefits that learning and skills can bring

What does it involve?

Our flexible approach meets the needs of employers and employees with assessment in the workplace and FREE workshops. On-line resources and electronic portfolios are also available.

Our assessors will:

  • Visit staff in the workplace ffer guidance in the choice of relevant units of training
  • Carry out an Organisational Needs Analysis/Training Needs Analysis
  • Help staff to prepare a portfolio and support staff through the assessment process, by providing constructive and regular feedback
  • Provide regular feedback to the employer
