What does it involve?
Our flexible approach meets the needs of employers and employees with assessment in the workplace and FREE workshops. On-line resources and electronic portfolios are also available.
Our assessors will:
- Visit staff in the workplace ffer guidance in the choice of relevant units of training
- Carry out an Organisational Needs Analysis/Training Needs Analysis
- Help staff to prepare a portfolio and support staff through the assessment process, by providing constructive and regular feedback
- Provide regular feedback to the employer
