• A choice of learning opportunities at a variety of times and places.
   
• Learning which takes place in safe and accessible premises.
   
• Accurate and impartial advice or referral on opportunities for learning, training and work, both within this service and with other providers.
   
• Receive any appropriate additional learning support.
   
• Help with developing the literacy, language, numeracy and/or ICT skills needed for the course.
   
• A high standard of teaching from staff who understand the individual needs and abilities of adult learners.
   
• Learn in an environment free from bias and discrimination and be treated with respect and equality.
   
• Opportunities to comment on the service provided, including access to a prompt and responsive complaints procedure.
   
• Information about service policies and performance.

• Attend classes, be punctual and let us know if you can’t attend.

• Help us to maintain standards by following course requirements.
   
• Help us to keep the buildings clean, tidy and safe.
   
• Tell us if you change address or plan to leave your course.
   
• Encourage awareness and good practice on equality and diversity by respecting different cultures, life-styles, abilities and views.
   
• Refrain from smoking inside the buildings.
