If you would like to talk to someone about choosing a course, updating your skills, or changing direction in your work, contact Lancashire College’s Information, Advice & Guidance Officers. Doreen is a qualified adviser with a wide range of experience of working with adults in all areas of learning.

Information and Advice: Our service to you

Lancashire County Council’s Adult and Continuing Education Service provides a range of high quality, impartial information and advice services to the local community.

If you are an adult over 19, we provide access to information and advice on learning, training and work through referral to one of our Information, Advice & Guidance Officers, or a partner institution.

We will:

  • Work closely with a range of organisations and partners to offer you the best possible help.
  • Deliver our services efficiently and courteously.
  • Treat you fairly and equally.
