Comments & Suggestions
The college continuously strives to improve the service we offer to our customers. Therefore we value your comments and suggestions to enable us to provide a service that best meets your needs. The college Suggestions, Compliments and Complaints slips are situated in the lounge and available from tutors for our users to fill in. In addition, all learners are given the opportunity to feedbakc during their course. The data gathered from these is collated on a weekly basis and comments and ideas discussed with management and, where possible, improvements made to the service you receive. Results are posted on the college customer service noticeboard and on the complaints and responses page of this website.
We would be delighted to receive your comments about this website and what else you would like to see on it. Also if you would like us to run a course that we don't currently offer, please let us know. Any comments or ideas that you have about the college, our services, facilities and our courses will be gratefully received. Please email insight@ed.lancscc.gov.uk and tell us what you think!
Complaints Procedure
We hope very much that you never need to use our complaints procedure! However, we are committed to doing our best to satisfy you if you feel you have cause to complain about any aspect of what we do.
We welcome verbal comments and staff will note these down and pass them to the relevant person. Suggestions, Compliments and Complaints slips are available in the college lounge or from our tutors and other staff. If users wish to complain they can complete ta slip and either post it or hand it to a member of staff who will follow the necessary procedure. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please address it in the first instance to the Quality Co-ordinator at the college.
