How to Enrol

Early booking is advised to ensure a place. Courses are reviewed before their start date. Should enrolments be low, the college reserves the right to postpone or cancel such courses.

By Post: Complete the booking form and return to Bookings Administration with the full fee. Cheques to be made payable to LCC. (For Learning Breaks ONLY - a deposit of £20 can be paid for each day of the course).

By Telephone: Contact the college on 0845 600 1331 with course name and code and your payment details.

In Person: You can call into the college between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday with your payment.

You will receive from us a receipt, a course and general information leaflet containing course details, materials required, etc. plus an insurance proposal form (see Cancellations).

Cancellations: The college reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient numbers. In this event the full course fee will be refunded. We endeavour to inform you of this one week before the start of the course. We are not able to reimburse other related or incurred costs. We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover these eventualities. For further details of such insurance, please see leaflet included.

If you need to cancel your course booking, please note that cancellations of a Learning Break within 48 hours of the start of the course will incur the full cost of the course.

You may be entitled to a reduction in course fees, for selected courses, if you are in receipt of some benefits and meet specified criteria. Application can be made to the Quality Administrator.

Smoking Policy: The college is a no-smoking environment.
