Lancashire College promotes and celebrates equality and diversity. We work in partnership with community and voluntary organisations to enable us to meet the needs of our diverse community and to promote social inclusion.
Many organisations are required to demonstrate commitment to equality and diversity and Lancashire College’s training sessions can be tailored to your organisation’s needs to raise awareness on disability and culture sensitive issues.

Our recent inspection by ALI (Adult Learning Inspectorate) resulted in grading Lancashire Adult Learning as outstanding (Grade 1) in the area of Equality and Diversity.
We are ideally positioned to share best practice with other organisations and are currently providing
Equality and Diversity training to businesses across the
Northwest.
