From a voice phone to minicom (dial 9 for outside line if applicable):
18002 plus full number.

From minicom to voice (dial 9 for outside line if applicable):
18001 plus full number.

Then just follow the instructions, typing GA (Go Ahead) after you have finished speaking or indicate to the operator to Go Ahead if calling from a voice phone.

At the end of the call, say or type "bye bye" and "SK SK" to indicate the call is finished.
