Learner feedback is important to enable Lancashire College to maintain the high quality service that our learners expect. We have a number of feedback mechanisms for our learners and positive feedback from a range of courses can be seen below. We also try to respond to negative feedback as thoroughly as possible and comments and responses can be found on the Complaints and Responses page.
