NaRS (National Rescue Standard) First Aid Qualifications
Gain a qualification in First Aid or update your existing First Aid qualifications.
EVERYONE should have Emergency First Aid training as it can help save lives. Training can be organised for groups in workplace, at a date and time to suit you. Prices are based on 10 learners, but training can be organised for any group size – please ask for details and a quote.
NaRS (National Rescue Standard) First Aid at Work
3 day course (9.00am – 4.30am)
£160 per person (based on 10 learners)
This course is the Gold Standard of First Aid qualifications and meets HSE requirements.
Includes: Adult CPR, injuries (bones, muscles), bleeding, burns ,eyes, poisoning, choking, shock. Also covers diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, heart attack, stroke and angina.
NaRS Emergency First Aid
6 hours
£60 per person (based on 10 learners)
This is a new qualification that replaces ‘Appointed Person’. Includes: adult CPR, choking, minor injuries, burns & scalds and shock.
NaRS Paediatric Foundation (PFAF)
6 hours
£60 per person (based on 10 learners)
For those needing to have an awareness of dealing with/planning for an emergency, first aid, resuscitation, caring for children who suddenly become unwell until arrival of their parents, appropriate contents of a first aid kit and keeping record of incidents/accidents.
Covers CPR on adults, children and babies. Includes choking, burns and poisons, recognising meningitis, anaphylactic shock and other conditions such as convulsions, stings, bites.
NaRS Paediatric First Aid (PFAQ)
12 hours
£95 per person (based on 10 learners)
As PFAF but also covers recognising and responding to children with chronic medical conditions eg asthma, epilepsy, diabetes.
