Personal Service

Our Conference Co-ordinator will liaise closely with you, both before and during your event, to ensure that all your requirements are met and to offer the support you may need during your stay. Your room will be set up according to your preferences, with the layout requested and the AV equipment ready for use. There will be a member of our team designated to your event, should there be any last minute changes to your programme or requirements for business services such as photocopying.

Our conference rooms are equipped with audio-visual and multimedia technology, including projectors and DVD/VCR equipment, some with interactive whiteboards. In addition, all rooms have internet access and connectivity to the LCC Corporate Network.

Conference Rooms and Residential Accommodation

All of our bedrooms have tea and coffee-making facilities and each of our bedrooms with en-suite facilities has a television. Our lounge is available for use throughout the day and evening with a licensed bar. Our facilities are accessible and we welcome people with disabilities.
