Apprenticeships are a proven way of training people to develop the skills your organisation needs. Your involvement is also a way of demonstrating your commitment to staff development.
What is an apprenticeship?
An Apprenticeship is a work-based learning programme that allows you to train both your existing staff and any new staff you plan to recruit.
The ‘Apprenticeship Framework’ consists of a
• Sector specific vocational and knowledge-based qualification
• Functional skills in Maths, English & ICT
• Employment Rights and Responsibilities
and is available at Levels 2 & 3.
One of the key benefits of the Apprenticeship programme is its flexibility. The assessors will plan the programme with you and your apprentice to take account of individual and organisational needs. |
